Responsible for the development and establishment of health care policies and procedures; the design and development of the organization’s medical management policy; oversight of the credentialing process.


Provider Relations Coordinator

Editor of RIPA Rounds, administrator of RIPA website, communication coordinator. Organize and facilitate physician advisory committees; implement committee recommendations; represent RIPA to physician practices;coordinate the Medical Management Education Series.


Medical Reimbursement Analyst
Barbara Notter
Analyze billing patterns/trends; identify and recommend controls for areas with inadequate cost control; assure adherence to fee policy; explain reimbursement policies to providers; assist in development of policies and procedures; assist RIPA advisory committees.


Senior Medical Data Analyst
Greg Partridge
Data research and analysis; financial impact of utilization trends or changes; monitoring contractual data systems; technical review of hardware and software for office LAN.


Office Manager, Executive Assistant
Theresa Weishaar
Manages the administrative staff, and general office functions. Manages human resources, payroll, accounts payable, and facilities management. Assistant to Chief Executive Officer.
